New reading book!

I have finally finished Safe Haven! It was a very good detailed book at it really made you think you knew some of the characters personally. I enjoyed reading this book by Nicholas Sparks and would recommend it to anyone who likes action or adventure with some romance.

I have now started reading a book called Dirty Little Secrets. I'm only about 10 pages into the book because I started reading it last night, but so far the main character (Lucy) has a very deep secret that no one knows about. She hasn’t even told her best friend of 3 years. It seems that she is dealing with some self-confident issues. “’You’re here with her?’ I didn’t blame her for not believing him. I could hardly believe I was standing in front of a bunch of cheerleaders with Josh Lee's arm casually draped on my shoulders.” (Omololu, 11) I believe some of that has to deal with the secret she is keeping from every one. This book is really interesting because it makes sure the readers know she does have a bigger issue going on.
I know from personal experiences that keeping things bottled up inside isn’t the right way to go. You should tell someone what you’re dealing with and it makes the problem feel a lot more easy to deal with. I hope Lucy realizes that over the course of this book.
